Bookings and your calendar

Sylo books against your real availability, confirms details with the customer before committing, and sends a confirmation text afterward. Double bookings are impossible by design.

How a booking happens

A caller asks for an appointment. Sylo checks your actual calendar (services, staff, hours, and existing bookings), offers times that are genuinely free, reads the details back to the caller, and books only after they confirm. The booking appears in your Bookings calendar immediately, and the customer gets a text confirmation.

Your services and staff

Under your dashboard you define services (what they are, how long they take, what they cost) and who performs them. Sylo books the right service with the right person in a slot that's really open. If a caller asks for someone specific, Sylo respects that person's calendar.

Reminders

Reminder texts go out before appointments automatically, which cuts no shows. Customers can confirm or cancel by text and Sylo handles it.

Google Calendar

Connect Google Calendar under Integrations and your Sylo bookings sync to it, so the schedule you already live in stays true.

Restaurants

Restaurants get table aware reservations: party size against your real table inventory, so a four top never gets double booked. There's also a waitlist for full nights and no show tracking.

Don't take bookings?

Turn booking off entirely. Sylo then works as a pure receptionist: it answers questions, takes clear messages with a callback number, and flags what's urgent. It will never try to book anything.
